Case Management

Case management services through Allied Trades (ATAP) is an option that our members take great relief in using when the time of need arises.

There are so many moving parts to health and wellness care. Multiple conversations with doctors, care givers, pharmacies, health care plans, counseling, rehab services, and much more can all serve to create a confusing path for patients, clients, and their loved ones.

ATAP’s case management services typically involve connecting members to the appropriate service provider at the right time in the recovery process, monitoring progress, and advocating for our members when they are most in need of someone to make sure their care is made a priority.

ATAP’s are Certified Professionals that can guide you through each step of the case management process and provide experienced counsel to you as you face decisions along the way.

Case management with substance use and mental health can be especially challenging to handle on your own. We’re here to offer professional case management services so you can focus on the path toward recovery and wellness.

If you or your loved one is facing the challenges of treatment for mental health concerns or substance use disorders, turn to a helpful advocate with ATAP to partner with you in case management as you pursue recovery.

All services through ATAP are confidential. Confidentiality is the keeping of another person or entity’s information private. ATAP’s Certified professionals are required by law to keep information shared by a client or patient private, without disclosing the information, even to law enforcement, except under certain specific circumstances.
