Since 1992, The Allied Trades Assistance Program (ATAP) has provided District Council 21 (DC21) members and their families with the highest level of personalized care and excellence. ATAP and DC 21 share a strong bond and brotherhood which we can count on for our members and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A countless number of members and their families have been helped by ATAP in one way or another and some might not be here today without this program.

As a Fund Administrator, it is my job to provide the best benefits that we can to our members. Without a doubt, ATAP provides that for us.
